TPH Meets... Dr Efthymia Nakita

As part of our The Post Hole meets York Seminar interview series we meet Dr Efthymia Nakita, who specialises in biological archaeology and osteology in the Sahara and the Aegean.

Dr Nakita interviewer Heather Tanner briefly discuss biological archaeology and osteology in the Sahara and the Aegean before her lecture on 12 November 2014 in King’s Manor entitled 'Get those skeletons out of the closet: Assessing mobility in the prehistoric Aegean and refining current osteological methods for exploring activity patterns'. Dr Nakita describes her research especially using non-metric traits to study spatial patterns, she also suggests further research for future archaeologists.
